MTV’s “The Challenge” Star Nelson Thomas is currently recovering after a really bad car accident that resulted in the car catching fire!

Nelson is using his Instagram account to update fans on his current status and it looks like he’s finally seeing improvement.

Nelson was seen standing and walking in a new Instagram video.
